Welcome to RepTrakR ("Service"). By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must register and supervise your use.
• For children under 13, we comply with COPPA and require verifiable parental consent.

Subscriptions & Billing

• Team Pro subscriptions include a 30-day free trial.
• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually until canceled.
• You can cancel at any time through your account settings.
• Access continues through the end of your current billing period after cancellation.

Cancellation & Refunds

When you cancel, you retain full access until the end of your current billing period. Teams enter view-only mode after the period ends. No prorated refunds are provided for the unused portion of a billing period.

User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service, share account credentials with unauthorized users, post inappropriate content, or attempt to access other users' data without authorization.
